Aberfeldy 21 YO - 40% - 750mlAn excellent value 21 year old whisky from Aberfeldy. Having spent that amount of time in the oak, both ex Sherry and ex Bourbon the whisky is a great example of malt and oak. The woods influence but dont overwhelm. Honey and fruity on the nose with a fresh quality. The palate shows off vanilla, honey and a touch of smoke. The finish is gentle with hints of stone fruit.
