The agaves are harvested around 8 years after planting and slow cooked in stone and brick ovens for around 3 days. Produced at Destiladora del Valle de Tequila, S. A. de C. V. (NOM 1438) by Master Tequilero Agustn Snchez Rodrguez, it is double distilled in stainless copper pot stills and watered down to proof at 40%
