12 VoltsIn August of 2006, Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero set up 4Kilos Wines, a company dedicated to the production of wines which reflect the subtle nuances of grape, climate, and soil of the island of Mallorca. From the early days they have been supported by local winegrowers, which is important when attempting to make wine with a strong identity and respect for tradition. In many vineyards native vegetation cover is used to obtain more concentrated
