Huoshan HuangYaPraised by Lu Yu in the renowned Cha Jing, the Tang dynasty millennial tea is delicately created in the Hu Huoshan valleys of Anhui. The tender jade slim buds are traditionally stir fired metamorphosing in elongated, strong Huang Ya, golden deep yellow buds. The glowing crystalline straw pale liquor has a soft, open middle palate with vivacious aromatics of sweetened hazel with a faintly toasted finish.
