Huia FeathersThese lovely ceramic Huia Feathers are handmade by Michelle Bow in New Zealand. The huia feather is a revered treasure for Mori and symbolises leadership and mana. The feathers from the tail of the huia were particularly prized and were worn in the hair or around the neck by both men and women. Given as a token of friendship and respect they symbolise leadership and mana. Each feather comes with its own swing tag explaining its meaning. Measures 14cm
