The PoetCrime reporter Jack McEvoy thought he was familiar with death, but when he's notified of his brother's suicide, he is blindsided. Devastated, McEvoy decides to write a feature on police suicides, only to discover a sinister pattern of literary references across reports from various jurisdictions. Jack realises he may have unearthed a deviously hidden killer and made himself the next target. But determined to achieve justice, Jack commits himself to
