Country Railway Routes Alnmouth to Alnwick, Coldstream and BerwickCountry Railway Routes Alnmouth to Alnwick, Coldstream and Berwick Alnwick joined the railway network early on. The Alnwick and Coldstream line followed, serving a remote and rural area. It lost its passenger services in the 1930s and goods traffic remained on part of the route until the 1960s.
