Qarvani - Anapea Village - Saperavi Dry Red Wine 2020Qarvani produces Natural wines exclusively using Georgian traditional methods. The winery uses qvevris (Georgian subterranean clay vessels) for both fermentation and aging. All farming is organic with NO harmful chemicals. This Saperavi is produced using six months of maceration on skins, resulting in rich body, color and characteristic depth. The wine exhibits aromas of ripe cherry and plum. It is medium bodied and finishes with a fruity palate.
