2020 Cabernet Shiraz Silverwaters Vineyard2020 delivered us tiny yields of really high quality fruit. As a result of the tiny crop, we decided to blend our Cabernet Sauvignon (55%) and Shiraz (45%) together to make this classic Australian blend. The wine has blackcurrant, liquorice & spice flavours. The palate is savoury and complex which is has enough structure to enable it to cellar well for at least 10 years. This high quality wine may have some sediment, we recommend using a decanter.
