Blue sapphire and diamond Tartan ringThis is the first Diamond tartan ring design in the world and it is designed by Christine Sadler who owns the copyright. This unusual and striking modern design creates a diamond ring that is unmistakably Scottish. "The inspiration for this collection was the Isle of Bute. The name of the island may come from an old Irish word meaning "fire" which is perfect for a diamond. I wanted the centre diamond to look like a rock rising out of a Scottish sea.
