Outer fabric is very shiny and kind of stiff but I'm not sure what it is, perahps nylon or polyester Dark pink and dark silver striped. The underskirt is tulle organza. The feathers are fake. Fringe on the bottom. Zips up the back. It has wire boning in the bodice for shaping. Measurements (flat lay)
