Creamy and elegant on the generous palate with some red wine character forming the core. Long, very layered finish with just a hint of tannin adding emphasis. 90% of the cuvee is the same as the Brut Reserve with the rest made up of 5% pinot noir and 5% pinot meunier. Drink or hold. (SP)
