This edition is based on the 2018 vintage, blended with a significant portion of the domaines perpetual reserve, which includes wines dating back decades. The fruit comes entirely from Grand Cru vineyards in Le Mesnil sur Oger, and the wine is aged extensively on the lees before release, with a low dosage around 4 g L. Rodolphe Pters created this cuve as a flagship expression outside the traditional vintage hierarchy, selecting a top parcel from the current year and blending it with the best of the reserve to build both precision and depth.
