Suntory Kakubin Whisky - 40% - 700mlNicknamed 'Kakubin' ('square bottle'), this is arguably THE Japanese whisky for highballs. First produced in 1937, this blended whisky is made with Yamazaki and Hakushu malts, and Suntory's flagship label. Fresh cereal and malt notes on the nose and touch of honey. The honey is more present on the palate with spice backing it up. Clean honeyed finish. Serve in a highball, of course.
