Extreme sorting, whole cluster ferment, 50% stainless, 50% neutral demi muid. Supple, silky, and medium bodied with notes elderberry, plums, raspberry, and forest flor. The tete de cuvee here. On the nose, expressive red and black fruits with a hint of spicy. On the palate, silky tannins, refreshing acidity, loads of fresh just ripe fruit flavors. A real treat of a wine.
